Perfumed Jewelry – “Art with a fragrant scent.”

Whether a painting, fashion apparel or a piece of jewellery, to the bottle of a perfume; design is a form of art and like all art pieces, it usually comes with a story.

Fifteen years ago, Renee looked into her mother’s jewellery box and found a scented handkerchief that had scented all of the jewellery in the box. While the scent didn’t last, she thought, “Wouldn’t it be wonderful to put perfume and jewellery together?”

Following years of research into a way of infusing real perfume into a delivery system that lasts up to 28 days, Perfumed Jewelry was developed – finally bringing Renee’s dream into reality.

Perfumed Jewelry brings a woman’s favourite perfume and jewellery together in one stunning filigree pendant.

Each combination is unique and reflects the wearer’s personality, mood and style.

Perfumed Jewelry allows you to choose your scent depending on your mood, the occasion, and it lasts all day.

Perfumed Jewelry is not simply a pendant or a perfume. It is a statement that proclaims ‘I am unique’.

And true to that, I felt special upon receiving that said piece of jewellery.

Now, I have a story to tell as well. Like my many other stories I’ve shared in the last couple of years, it always starts with some flaw in my physical or mental built, but somehow or other, I survived. Haha.

Since a child of tender age, like other teenage girls, I would sneak into my mum’s room and ransack her cosmetics, hoping to find something that interested me. I saw a beautiful bottle and meddled with it. I was a teenage, not a toddler, so I knew exactly what perfume was, I just never had any put on me, or so I thought.

Pressing on that spray was perhaps the beginning of the end. Straight after, my neck started itching, and my nose tickled.

Conclusion, I was allergic, even the mildest, might case a negative reaction. Scents weren’t all that deadly, after all, I could still be placed in the same room with someone wearing perfume, but definitely not one of those perfume showcase boutiques. Not risking possible damages, I avoided perfumes altogether, since.

Now, anyone that knows me knows how much I love pretty things. I don’t accessorise all that much, but centrepieces are essential, making Perfumed Jewelry perfect.

I was very much amused by the pretty little thing, not only did the design go well with almost anything and everything I wore (forcefully or otherwise), the scent was just right to not tickle my nose (you can of course pick what scent you preferred – there are over 200 perfume brands to choose from.).

With all the festive seasons lined up, from Christmas (if you hurry you can still make it), New Year (not that far away either), a birthday to Valentine’s; what better gift to get your lovely better half, closest girlfriend, sweetest sibling, or someone you’re just trying to impress?
