I’ve been totally wanting to start this blog since I joined the StarFitness team, but for months, due to projects and such, I just couldn’t find the time. In fact, my main blog is pretty much dead (in the process of reviving, of course).

Sadly, I’ve been pretty much working on the upper body and a little bottoms down, my middle portion is pretty much a messy fluffy bunch of loose skin waiting to be tidied up. In simple tense, I HAVE NO ABS WHATSOEVER!
That said, my dear friend from Las Vegas, Tony ‘hottie’ Foxx on the other hand, is a different story altogether. Come to think of it, Desmond Lee (my teammate) is the perfect specimen of abs delight. Only problem is… I fear the girls might not appreciate his abs just as much (and compared to Tony). I for one gets freaked out every other day by his close to perfection body(building body), especially when he mimics Hulk.

In other words, instead of constantly doing crunches (like what I do, which isn’t really showing any visual results, but I would still recommend you doing to improve core muscles), you need to do weighted leg lifts, weighted cable crunches, or this particular type of sit-up bench that had a place for plates to add more weight to normal sit-up motions.
On top of that, getting into twisting motions and oblique movements will give you the very nice V-shape around your hips.
Basically, you need to go to the gym! Hahaha, which is what @cat_jiajia is trying to avoid.
I believe there are other methods worth exploring as well. But till I figure out an alternative, should really try this out. I’m definitely gonna try it. I’ll update if I see some sort of results!
