Today was the first time I tried out indoor spinning, and it was a horrific yet enjoyable experience.
Horrific because I seriously over estimated myself by starting off with high resistance, end up failing within 5 minutes. Then within 30 minutes into the session, my ass started to hurt (the seat was really hard…).
Enjoyable because I felt exhausted after the session, so at least that shows I worked something out. Hurhur.
I plan to improve my stamina and go through the whole hour with ease, eventually. Also, because this girlfriend of mine is a fanatic. I like company.
It’s back to gym for me, question is, which gym?
