Me and my ‘2B Alternative Into Arms and Body’ experience

Every day I look into the mirror and I ask/tell myself, okay, today is the day I’m going to start my routine again. I cannot keep slacking away and become this ball that I’ve worked so hard to NOT be. The horrors of being in a relationship is that you tend to literally grown in inches, cause… well, the need to really keep in shape just seems secondary. It doesn’t help that your partner is a vegetarian, carbs carbs and more carbs. With the lack of exercise and the increase intake of carbs… I’m back to becoming a ball again. Dum dum dum.

For someone like me, keeping in shape is really, tedious. Low metabolism rate, high need for sitting in front of my computer, all day, everyday. It’s not the healthiest of lifestyle, I assure you that. In fact, it’s horrible. Gone were the days where I devoted my Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings to the gym. I promise you, and myself, this state of horror is going to change.

So yes, when given the opportunity for a shortcut to my problems, I hopped on to it instantly.

And that’s when I started on 2B Alternative Into Arms and Body – ingredients include 2BaseTM instead of AH3, licensed in Germany and Japan.

To be absolutely honest, there no such thing as a miracle cure, or for this case, a miracle slimming solution. If there were, it won’t be selling in the market for such a low price. Despite my hopes for it to work like a miracle, it didn’t, well, not like a miracle that is.

Here’s what happened…

Week One:

My routine was simple, wake up, take a shower then pop open the 2B Alternative Into Arms and Body then…

1. Message time around 3 to 5 minute (usually I go for 5, cause I’m such a hopeful fool) on my arms and tummy (body is just too big to cover it all).
2. Run around the house (you can run on a spot if you please, it’s just more fun to chase after my doggie).
3. Get oh-so-tired and collapse on the sofa and then start watching TV.
4. Take another shower, LOLx.

I do that almost daily, almost.

The results, well… it lost a cm or two, here and there, but really not obvious on the overall. Decent for a week’s worth, no doubt, but not at all what I was hoping. So, I decided to change the routine, somewhat.

Week Two:

Nothing really different, except, this time I didn’t just run around the house, I start lifting my weights! In case you’re wondering, being a gym bunny, I couldn’t help but get a set of weights at home. I could easily lift 15kg with one hand, a couple of times. But of course, 5 to 10kgs are my regulars.

1. Message time around 3 to 5 minute (usually I go for 5, cause I’m such a hopeful fool) on my arms and tummy (body is just too big to cover it all).
2. Run around the house (you can run on a spot if you please, it’s just more fun to chase after my doggie).
3. Lift my weights, 5 sets of 10 per arm; then working the back, same numbers.
4. Get oh-so-tired and collapse on the sofa and then start watching TV.
5. Take a shower – showering twice in one afternoon really makes no sense.

This time round, the results were a little better, somewhat. I mean, again, can’t expect miracles, right?

Barely two weeks and one tub was GONE. Poof, nothing left. Luckily, I had another tub to play with.

With the increased results, I decided, I had to move forward with this. I had to increase what I was doing to achieve back that fitness level I had less than a year ago.

This is the third week, and this is the plan. I hopped on Qoo10 and bought myself this home “sauna belt”, got some weights for my ankle (old ones I grabbed from my sis) and a bodyshaper.

So the plan is…

1. Message time around 3 to 5 minute (usually I go for 5, cause I’m such a hopeful fool) on my arms and tummy (body is just too big to cover it all).
2. Run around the house (you can run on a spot if you please, it’s just more fun to chase after my doggie).
3. Lift my weights, 5 sets of 10 per arm; then working the back, same numbers for 2 cycles.
4. Get oh-so-tired and collapse on the sofa and then start watching TV.
5. Take a shower – showering twice in one afternoon really makes no sense.
6. Head to the gym at least twice a week, three if time permits – with the gang, so I’m literally forced to workout properly.

I’m hoping this would really let me see some results, obvious ones.

You might be thinking, so does this prove that the product works or not? Well… this really isn’t rocket science my dears. Like I said, if it’s a miracle solution, it won’t be so cheap. But, I would include this into my routine cause it does help in a holistic manner. See, it probably improves the circulation and helps heat my body faster, so I probably need to do less cycles to get the same effect.

So yes, since I didn’t get burns from the product, and I didn’t consume anything (therefore not likely to die from liver failure of any sort), it has my stamp of approval to be used without worries.

If you’re looking for a miracle solution, then sorry, no miracle comes in a form of a tub.
